Before joining CN-KnowHow IP, Mr.Xie has been a deputy director at SIPO (Now as “CNIPA”) for over 10 years, years of experience in a Hong Kong pharmaceutical enterprise. In 2002, Mr.Xie has joined in CN-KnowHow as elected to be Managing Partner and chairperson of the Group. During his career, he has drafted and prosecuted thousands of patent application. Now, he has shifted his practice focus to IPR protection education, public speeches regarding IPR in China, and proactively participated in hundreds of IP thematic research and consulting projects.
