The 11th National Member Representative Conference of the All-China Patent Attorneys Association was grandly held in Beijing on the morning of June 12, 2024.
More than 300 member representatives from across the country and leading officials from various provincial and municipal intellectual property bureaus attended the conference. Established in 1988, the All-China Patent Attorneys Association is the only national organization which is composed of patent attorneys in China.
The conference elected a new council consisting of 237 members. He Hua, former Deputy Director of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (Known as “CNIPA”), was re-elected as President, and Xie Shunxing, President of CN-KnowHow IP Group, among others, was elected as Vice President. This re-election marks Xie Shunxing’s continued service as Vice President since his initial election to the 10th Council in 2019.
